Rental car, Car Insurance

When I got my car rear-ended, I demanded a rental. It was packed for Florida, so I had a neighbor assist me in removing the suitcases from the trunk. Thank goodness I never pack laptops until the last minute.

The rental was a red Chevy Cobalt, with unlimited mileage.

Did I forget to mention that through all I've been through, that my railroad death benefits were cut, and I had car insurance for my son, but was managing life at almost $2,000 less than what I had the month before? I didn't have an insurance card, and I got ticket for it. (I have insurance, now). That is up and coming. Between all of this, I had my dad's probate, my son's dad probate, and I still have all the probate, and I'm burned out on probate. I've had too much of it. Enough is enough. One day, I have to do this for my dad's probate, the next day,I have to do that with my son's dad's probate. I am still doing stuff for probate. So,I have a court date, but I have insurance. The trip to Florida was paid for previously.

I have been in a few accidents or misshaps, so I had trouble getting car insurance. I signed up with Progressive. They sent me a device, I plugged into my car, after I got my car back from the shop. It adjusts my rates. So, I've decided not to drive too much. After South Padre Island, no driving, unless I absolutely have to. My insurance is a huge chunk of my income. I'm tired of insurance, both health insurance, and car insurance, taking most of my income. For the most part,I work from home, so not going places is not an issue.

So, in the mail yesterday, I got something on my son's dad's estate money. I have to go to the bank, once again, and have the money moved or changed. Once again, probate. (As for myself, I broke this cycle, by making a will many years ago).
Tomorrow, I'm going to push all of this probate aside. I'm going to see Blink 182.
